Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, Plated Convenience does not accept any returns. Should you be unhappy with any meals, or service, please reach out directly to us on info@plated.co.za and we will make sure to make you smile. We do refunds based on a case by case basis, as needed. Plated Convenience reserves the right to require additional documentation including photographic evidence to process any refunds.
